SHIPPING AND BILLING POLICIES

Stated weights are for shipping purposes only. They DO NOT represent the bikes actual weight.

Shipping charges are by weight and include a $4.50 handling fee.
- All packages usually ship within 3 days from the time they are processed.
- A confirmation e-mail with a tracking number is sent when your package has been shipped.
- Current shipment status can be checked with UPS at (800) PICK-UPS or at www.ups.com.
- Tracking information is available 24 hours after package has shipped.
- We accept Master Card and Visa through our 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
- We also accept money orders and personal checks (payments by check or money order will          
  require 7 days to clear). For orders with payment by check or money order, please proceed             
  through the ordering process until a credit card is required. Please have this page printed out        
  and e-mail us for a mailing address.
- Credit cards are NOT charged until package has been shipped.
- We will only ship to billing addresses! NO EXCEPTIONS! Orders with non-matching billing             
  addresses will not be processed.
- We do NOT ship C.O.D.
- We track all IP addresses and report fraudulent activity. Please keep in mind, credit card fraud    
     is a Federal Offense
.

LOCAL PICK-UP/ASSEMBLY POLICY

You are more than welcome to pick up your bike directly from us.  Simply order online and select
either the Local Pick Up or Local Pick Up Assembled option on the checkout page (Local Pick Up
orders are charged a $5.00 handling fee and Local Pick Up Assembled orders are charged a
$20.00 fee). Please contact us by email the next business day after you have placed your order so
that we can be sure that we have your bike ready for you to pick up. In that email, also include a
window of time (1/2 an hour or so), in which you would like to pick up your bike.

RETURN POLICY: You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization before returning any
items.

Returns can be made within 3 days of delivery. You must contact 2wheelbikes.com via e-mail
(
sales@2wheelbikes.com) prior to returning products. NO EXCEPTIONS! Products must be in
UNUSED, WORKING condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping and
handling to/from 2wheelbikes.com cannot be refunded. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip
must accompany all returns. All products come with a 30 day warranty which ONLY covers
manufacturer defects.


DAMAGED PARTS

If the box was not visibly damaged when you accepted it and there are some parts of the bike that
are damaged or dented, we will need digital pictures of the damage sent along with the initial
request. We apologize, but we can not replace damaged parts without digital pictures as proof. If
the parts are replaceable, we will do our best to ship you out the new parts as soon as possible.
We do ask that, at
your expense, you ship back the damaged parts to our warehouse.


WARRANTY INFORMATION

All items, unless specifically stated, are sold with a 30 day warranty covering manufacturer
defects. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, we will provide the parts and labor.

Further instructions regarding warranty work will be provided after the RMA request is completed.

- Warranty does not cover misuse or abuse! If we receive an item that has been misused or
abused, we will return or discard it.  
- Before returning any item, you must email us (sales@2wheelbikes.com) with the RMA
information requested below to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.   
No returns of any kind will be accepted without a prior RMA request/authorization.
- You will receive your RMA number via e-mail when your RMA request is approved.
- When returning the item, please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip in the box.
- You must have your RMA number next to your mailing address on the exterior of the package.


WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

-
Disassembly by unauthorized personnel.
- Unreasonable use or mishandling.
- Failure to provide proper care, lubricants, or maintenance.
- Lack of compliance with provided instructions.
- Merchandise soaked in water, rusted, corroded, painted, or altered.
- 2wheelbikes.com reserves the right to determine what constitutes unreasonable or
excessive wear and tear, misuse, and abuse.
